| We expanded ourselves in automation of the systems through data acquisition and control, so to add better access of the systems to our customers. Most of the systems that we manufacture today, are automatic or semi-automatic, which are either microprocessor, PLC or a dedicated computer controlled. Moreover, we automate the older versions of mechanical, electrical or electronics systems, through microprocessors, PLCs or computers, in accordance to the specific requirements of customers. |

| We have expertise in developing application software for micro-processor, PLC and computer based controlled systems. Whether it is a microprocessor, or PLC or computer, each has their own advantage in automation of the systems. Recently, we have developed a more sophisticated software, named WeldControl® for a dedicated computer to the 5000W capacitor charging welding system, for BARC, Mumbai. WeldControl® is used to acquire data, control the system and back-end data storage of the variable parameters (like current, voltage, pulse width and so) for future analysis. Now, we are working on still more advanced software of a nuclear application that is used to interface top-plug welding system in a vacuum chamber, to PLC's and laptop computers |
